Born in El Reno, Oklahoma, June 17, 1931.

Admitted to bar, 1956, Oklahoma, 1960, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma; 1963, U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit.

Education: University of Oklahoma; University of Tulsa (L.L.B., 1956).

Recipient: Oklahoma Bar Association Fifty Year Certificate, 2006, Oklahoma Bar Association Distinguished Service Award, 1992, The Law & You Foundation Community Interest Award, 1993. Chairman, Lawyers Helping Lawyers Committee 1990-1993.

Member: Canadian County (President, 1963) Oklahoma, and American Bar Associations.

Dean lives in El Reno and has 1 daughter (Mary Jane), 1 son (Roger), and 5 grandsons.

Born in El Reno, Oklahoma, March 21, 1961.

Admitted to bar, 1987, Oklahoma and U.S. District Court, Western District of Oklahoma; 1990, U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

Education: Oklahoma State University (B.A. 1983), University of Tulsa College of Law (J.D., 1987). Appellate Law Clerk, U.S. Department of Labor, Washington, D.C., 1987-1989. El Reno City Attorney 2001-present; Chairman El Reno Municipal Planning Commission (1997-2003); Associate Bar Examiner, Oklahoma Bar Association. Advisory Board Member MidFirst Bank. Leadership Canadian County and Leadership Oklahoma Class XXI.

Member: Canadian County (President, 1995), Oklahoma, and American Bar Associations.

Roger and his wife Anna live in El Reno with their two sons Christian and Nicholas.
